I think the the Heir to the Throne should be titled HRH Prince/Princess of Washington. I've always liked the idea, being that the government is based in Washington DC. It would be weird to me to title them the Prince/Princess of the District of Colombia.

Ok so for the past week I’ve created a government system that I believe is a better government system than our current one a heads up I’m completely open to discussions on anything you guys may think would be more than what is presented below. I basically thought about a New Government System similar to European Constitutional Monarchies. It will be like a Parliamentary Constitutional Monarchy divided between The Head of State, The Prime Minister or Chancellor (Whichever title you like best) and his/hers/their Cabinet The Judicial System
